Audio Recordings

When you record a voice note, our app:

• Temporarily saves the audio file on your device
• Sends the audio to OpenAI for speech-to-text conversion
• Immediately deletes the audio file after processing
• Does NOT store audio recordings permanently
• Does NOT keep copies of your voice recordings

Generated Reports

The text reports created from your voice notes:

• Are displayed to you temporarily in the app
• Can be shared via email or other apps (your choice)
• Are NOT stored permanently by our app
• Are NOT saved to any database or server
• Disappear when you close the app

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your audio recordings exclusively for:

• Speech-to-Text Conversion: Converting your voice to written text
• Report Generation: Creating structured construction reports from the text
• Immediate Display: Showing you the generated report

We do NOT:

• Store your audio recordings
• Save your reports to any database
• Keep any personal information
• Track your usage patterns
• Create user profiles

4. Third-Party Services

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's services to process your audio:

• Whisper API: Converts your speech to text
• GPT API: Analyzes the text and creates structured reports
• Data Handling: According to OpenAI's policy, they do not use API data for training
• Data Retention: OpenAI typically deletes audio data within 30 days
• Purpose: Used solely for app functionality, not advertising or marketing

5. Data Tracking and Advertising

We do NOT:

• Track users across apps or websites
• Use audio data for advertising purposes
• Share data with advertising networks
• Combine your data with third-party data for marketing
• Display targeted advertisements
• Share information with data brokers
• Create advertising profiles

6. Data Security

We protect your information by:

• Using secure HTTPS connections for all API calls
• Immediately deleting audio files after processing

• Processing everything temporarily and locally when possible

8. Your Rights

Since we don't store your data, there's nothing to delete or access. However, you have the right to:

• Stop using the app at any time

Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we don't store any data, this is not a concern for our app.
